At YouPetprints, we chose our partners based on the quality of printing as well as their heart and soul of designing the products. For customised products, all artwork goes through internal checks before the order is released for printing.
As the nature of the product is unique to one (and our artists spent a lot of love into each one!), unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds, unless it’s damaged or faulty upon delivery with no fault of your own.

What if I have a faulty product?
- Should damages occur during the shipment of the product or you have received a faulty product, you will need to notify us within 24hrs of receiving the product with proof of damage.
- We are not responsible for any wear and tear over the course of usage, or accidents that have occurred after the product has arrived in your home. In cases where we feel the claim is not reasonable or find no fault from us, we will not be able to complete the request. Let’s hope our paw friends are at their goodest so all our products can last longer!
